Oregon Transcript and a Few More Photographs

(scott thinks most of tips are very obvious, so now I think they're funny; 'use blog' means mention it because you could get discounts if you have one)

  1. Totally agree with the sentence in that last photo! No matter how hard you try, travel inevitably changes us, for the better. I think travel can make us appreciate what we have and it can also make us more understanding/accepting/tolerant of other people/cultures/ways of life. We're all different and nothing reminds you of that more than when you're away from home :) gorgeous photos as always (in fact, I might stop complementing your photos - you should just take it as a given that I love every single one)! xx

    1. I hope you've been having a good, busy summer, Ross. Thanks for the nice note! Oregon is awesome. And I may always say this, but it's definitely one of my favorite trips we've done for sure.

  3. I love the pages of your notebook interspersed amongst your photos, it gives them added impetus. Beautiful photos, glad your dino got to go along too. (He is a dino isn't he? I hope I haven't insulted him). CJ xx

    1. He's a dragon, but he's not easily offended, so don't worry :)

  4. I love reading snippets from your journal. These are really good ways to cut costs, and I'm going to try to throw the blog thing around a bit more:) Beautiful pictures and love that your dragon made the trip:)

    1. haha, I'm glad you think so. "Staying with friends" isn't exactly ground-breaking, but eating lunch out instead of dinner totally helps. And the thrift shop thing for souvenirs, you'll love that I bet.
