Polaroids of Vegetarian Food

{l to r}
 row one: brown rice, eggs, sunflower seeds, green onions, liquid aminos, cheese and natural cranberry juice drink, sure to make your lips pucker // coconut water is one of the most refreshing things. Don't forget to scrape out every last bit of the meat to eat. If you swallow a bit of the coconut shell in the process it's ok…?
 row two: Carmel Apple Cream Cheese Dip the most loved appetizer I've ever made // kale avocado salad (napkin c/o/ Dot and Army)
 row three: farro vegetable soup with tamari and garlic toasts // hardboiled eggs have become my favorite breakfast on busy mornings... and lazy ones too

p.s. Remember how I mentioned starting a link-up? About food and maybe other homemade things? I think I'm going to do it in the New Year. Just promise you'll do it with me.

    1. Just saw Dr. Oz on the Today show this morning promoting veggies as one of the best ways to prevent cancer. It's never a bad idea to eat more! :)
