+p.s. how many people would be interested in a vegetarian recipe link-up? Maybe a bi-monthly "Meatless Monday" kinda thing where we can share new recipes we've tried? Anyone? Anyone? I've been thinking about this lately, but I'm not sure about it yet. Especially if no one is interested! :) I've also thought of expanding it to include all kinds of homemade things (art projects as well). Thoughts?
