Polaroids of What We've Been Eating

some veggie ♥ for your thursday 
kale avocado salad with quinoa//"chicken" noodle soup sans chicken (made w/ vegan bouillon) 
spaghetti with easy homemade sauce (olive oil, garlic, chopped cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano, salt, pepper)// Daphne's Greek salad with multigrain pita bread
Mexican salad with tofu//vegetable soup

Scott's comment "So you used our nice DSLR camera and then turned your photos into polaroids?"

  3. @Jennifer yep! just add olive oil and all the other ingredients to a pan and cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. I'm glad you're going to try it! It's our "meal of the moment". We love it. Oh, and don't be stingy with the salt either because it's basically the only seasoning.
