Peaks
~great conversations
~staying at a friend's cool house!
Valley
~huge hobo spider

8-5-12
Peaks
~swimming in the river and Jenny Lake
~playing with our surfboards in Jackson Lake
~Moose talk at the camp circle
Valley
~Terrible, TERRIBLE night's sleep where Scott woke up from a nightmare yelling about us being trapped twice (it was our first night sleeping in the car when there was only about a foot between our heads and the ceiling) and me dreaming about death.

8-6-12
Peaks
~thunder storm! and lightening
~beautiful hike and scenery
~the geysers and a hike

Valleys

~peeing in front of a guy, on accident, at a turn out
~racing around Yellowstone Hunger Games style for a camping spot (it was first come, first serve and we had overslept after our horrible night's sleep). We barely got a spot on the outskirts of the park.

8-7-12
Peaks
~sleeping in
~showering!
~reading together in our camp chairs
~doing a vlog together
~beer and wine at Old Faithful
~a sunset walk around the geysers
~a beautiful drive home
Valleys
~"line cutters" who arrived ten minutes before Old Faithful went off, sat right in front of us. Mind you, we got there an hour and a half early just to get a front row spot with an unobstructed view.
~people YouTube-ing videos of Old Faithful while we were waiting for Old Faithful!

8-8-12
Peaks
~reading and relaxing
~getting a new campsite closer to some of the geysers
~seeing buffalo cross the street
~eating tofu tacos
Valleys
~being absolutely exhausted

  10. Great pictures from your trip! I'm headed there in a week to do a photo shoot. My family and I have been on a road trip across western Canada to go and visit my family in Vancouver. So I get one week at home before I'm on the road again for Old Faithful!

A bit jealous too ;) But this looks amazing and I just want to be there right now!!! PS I need to watch your Vlog but clearly need to do that after work hours :)

  16. So glad you stayed in a teepee. I did this in Kentucky one time and it was so fun! Not the most comfortable, but definitely memorable.
