This photo of me was taken by a nice man named John Gill. Thanks John! And don't worry, I didn't hit that kid, it's just the angle.

  6. Hey there,
glad you guys liked the post and thanks for your comments! These are the ingredients we used:
Organic (if possible) of the following...

-pre made whole wheat dough (ours is from Whole foods, but you can get it a Trader Joes etc.)
-brush olive oil on the dough and we added oregano (pic #2)
    -pizza sauce
    -mushrooms
-minced garlic (I think I did 2 cloves)
    -cherry tomatoes
    -red onions
-jalapenos (I will totally understand if you omit)
-cheese blend *under and on top of ingredients

    Other notes:
-we baked dough ingredient free at 400 for about 10 minutes then added the toppings and baked it again as package said (but keep a close eye on it)

    have fun!

  7. Pizza looks great! What looks even better though is that surf. This is what awaits me when I can walk again! It's been six years since I lost the use of my leg. I believe that someday I will regain the use and one of my goals is to surf!

  8. I for one can say the ocean can be so healing. I'm rooting for you! There's a surf film called "Shelter" that shows a man surfing with one leg. It can be done. Best wishes!
